PUBLISHED!!!!!!!

never in my dreams did i ever dream that anything i wrote would ever be published, well that all changed saturday morning. here's what went down:

thursday i was sitting in my yearbook class, which is really unusual because i'm never in there for more than 5 minutes, our athletic director, coach hunter, walks in and says he needs someone to do him a favor, he looks at me and says 'krystle!' (i already know this is bad, he never says my name like that) i say 'ya?' and he proceeds to tell me that he needs an article written about the football game. i'm thinkin ok? i did all the football articles last year? why isn't he asking the kid that does them all this year (because i just do yearbook now)? i think ok no biggie? and he hands me a paper, tells me to call the lady, go to the website, and that it will look good on my resume. now i'm really freakin out! i look at the paper and it says something in chicken scratch about deseret... great a state wide paper! so i call the lady and do what i'm told, writing the article in about ten minutes because i'm supposed to be meeting my dad on the mountain, to ride the horses into deer camp with my brothers so he can drive the truck. i didn't think it would get published, my mom sent me a text saturday morning saying it wasn't in the paper but it was online! when i got home i tried to look it up, but no luck. today i got a email from two of the editors with a link of my article so i thought i would share enjoy!
