break.

i am still alive! and almost completed two weeks of school! on friday after class i ventured down to richfield to watch landon play some football, it's been really hard on me not being to all of his games because honestly i think i only missed one game while i still lived at home. he is doing so good! he played the entire game, except for one kick off play to get a little breather. he plays line both ways and gets in on just about every tackle and always gets a few sacs! i'm so proud! after the game landon and my mom rode home with me so i wouldn't be by myself and we had a good chat about everything and catching up was fun!
saturday i sadly missed the crazy insane byu season opener, but i wouldn't have been able to watch anyway. instead i went on the mountain with a friend from vegas to her family's cabin and played games with everyone. it was fun to enjoy the mountains and the fresh air!
sunday i got to go to my home ward. and even though it is the NOISIEST ward i have ever been in, it was fun being back and seeing all my little neighborhood kids. that night i went over to one of my neighbors to help them transfer files to a newer computer and i got to play with 3 of my favorite kids! and watch the baby walk! perfect for his first birthday last week!
monday we headed to parowan for the annual iron county fair festivities and just played together as a family. when we got home i took my best bud, cruzer, for a much needed ride through the fields and just relaxed for a bit.
tuesday i didn't have to be back to class until two so i decided i would miss all the crazy holiday traffic and sleep in my bed one more night. after class we had a ward/stake welcome back pool party which was fun, but got really cold! when we got back and showered i had an invite from this kid i met at fhe to shoot some pool in the lodge- i am way too competitive for my own freakin good! but it was fun!
wednesday was such a good day! i ran into one of my four cousins i have on campus. it was nice to see someone that i have such a connection with since until then i hadn't seen one family member! i had lunch with a good friend and ran into my friend's cousin that played games with us all weekend. and get this- another close friends ex girl friend! she is in one of my classes and i kinda thought it was her, but didn't know for sure, until she was telling the girl next to her her name a few days ago, so i had to plan it to "meet her". luckily she doesn't know that i already know lots about her! so we talked for a bit and laughed how we "just happen" to meet randomly and have such a crazy connection! we swapped numbers so we can help each other with our crazy class and i could actually add her on facebook without it being weird and stockerish! bahaha and to make the day better, when i got home i had a letter from robbie!!!
some random things:

• some days after a really long day, all i want is some caffeine, so i walk into the wilk just to turn around because it's not sold on campus. this is going to get really old really fast!
• my roommates didn't do any dishes while me and kristen were gone for the weekend! they don't care that cleaning checks are going to suck, because they are slobs. but we are all talking and for the most part getting alone.
• friday night when i was gone, the apartment above ours let their toilet overflow, so our shower rooms were without power until after i got back on tuesday- sucker fish huh!
• facebook should really be blocked on the wireless from inside classrooms around here. bad habit forming already i can tell!
• landon is coming out of his shell. my mom called me yesterday to tell me that he got up in front of the school for the jr. class lip sync in a cheer skirt. pokka dot spankies and all! she has it on film and i can't wait to see it!
• dillon wanted to know how many times i have eaten out- and i am proud to say twice! haha when i was moving in i didn't have food yet so i grabbed some in-n-out. and the other day my friend wanted to have lunch so we ate at subway in the twilight zone. my streak of eating decent meals will continue!
• does anyone know if your phone will just stop holding contacts? i'm at 598 and kinda scared that it won't go over 600...
• i don't go home until all my classes are over, so i know where lots of really comfy chairs and couches are, and most of them have plugs near by, should i be worried that's what i'm worried about finding during my breaks?

sorry i just kinda rambled, i'm going to stop now since i could go on for days- but everyone keeps asking me all these questions about how i'm doing and stuff, so this is the easiest way to answer everyones questions at the same time! i hope you are all have a great week! peace!
